Owner/Developer (AKA - "CPO: Chief Placemaking Officer")
Moss' decades in senior and executive management with Fortune 500, global retailers brought great insights and experience to his earning a Master's of Science in Real Estate Development, Investment/Finance.
Moss enters the PNW's growing cast of developers and investors who believe in the region and also have a passion to do the right thing as a legacy. Moss has a clear vision for the H[k]D brand that is clean, spare, optimized, [kind].
Moss has two adult children, and lives in Portland, Oregon's Pearl District. He actively dabbles in his former second-fake-career as a singer-songwriter. Most recently Moss learned that "the golf ball is not the enemy".
Margaret Howard
Advisory: Finance and Strategy
Margaret has has made impacts in the fields of manufacturing, news media, A&E, insurance and smaller businesses. Her extensive career in the fields of Accounting, Finance, Business Management, Human Resource Management and Operations have hewn her full-cycle appreciation for how things can (and must) work within any successful enterprise. <---- we freakishly LOVE that.
Margaret drives herself and others to bring objectives into focus and to seek creativity ... She has a keen sense of strength's and opportunities, and a strictly conservative approach to financial accounting (strategic and tactical).
Margaret is an active community volunteer, a burgeoning van-lifer who is a few trips in and sees a future of new adventures each day. Fun fact: She's also a competitive billiards player. When the weather invites her, Margaret gardens and walks her neighborhood with Freya, her sweet, elderly, mini dachshund.
